My Story
They say that the apple doesn't fall far from the tree. My father owned a photography studio in the Philippines when we were growing up. One of my earliest memories was when he would take my sisters and me to the nearby 7-Eleven to get treats while his photos developed at the lab.
When we moved to America, I joined him when he photographed weddings and various Filipino events around the Chicago area. I also remember how he would always have some type of camera in hand whether it be for photo or video.
I guess that you could say that photography is in my blood.
Beyond the Lens
I love being the one who sees big moments first-hand. That's why I believe that our most memorable moments take us from the edge of one part of our lives and launch us into the next.
During the week, I can be found at a Chicago area middle school as a general music teacher and choir director. When I'm not working, I enjoy hanging out with my fiancé and our two cats. I also love playing my guitars and learning new hobbies.
